SSO plugin in jira

Hi everyone.

We are using SAML single sign on plugin in Jira DC for authentication, but my problem is that in some case when Jira log a user out, the new link that is generated is not redirected to sso URL.

In advanced redirection control, in the force SSO url section, I put the pattern and it also matches with URL, but it doesn't work to force it too.

How can I solve this problem?

I think you should contact the developer of the plugin directly for support.

Almost plugins on the marketplace are supported and you can create ticket in its support desk
