SSO with SalesForce

Hi,

I tried to create a new SalesForce button (as per http://wiki.customware.net/repository/display/SFCONF/Configure+Salesforce+SSO+1-click+button) such as the following:

http://mindfield.atlassian.net/dashboard.action?session={!$Api.Session_ID}&domain={!$Api.Partner_Server_URL_200}

I have the button working in SalesForce; however, when I click on it I get taken to the screen as shown in the attachment.

Is there something I missing on having setup correctly in my Atlassian account?

Confirming that this question is still about an OnDemand instance (as the answer would be different with a locally installed version of JIRA/Confluence)?
