Hi @Sonal Nagpal ,
I would recommend you to try out Exalate in this case.
Exalate is a completely decentralized bidirectional synchronization solution which can sync any object (Cases, Opportunities) etc with Jira Issues.
You can choose to map any fields between the two systems and also control the sync rules from each side independently.
The Groovy based scripting engine that Exalate offers is one of a kind and is very powerful, scalable and flexible.
Do let me know if you want to know more about the solution and see exactly how the integration could work.
Also please be known that I am associated with Exalate as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
Thanks, Dhiren
Good day to you and this is Danny from ServiceRocket.
Yes, there are indeed many tools available for this integration as Diana mentioned. There are abundance of third party applications available on the Atlassian Marketplace, where you may search and review the applications based on your preference and use-cases. Most of these focuses on synchronizing data either single or bi-directionally allowing collaboration, transparency and visibility.
Here, you may also find our application, the Connector for Salesforce & Jira which provides a suite of functionalities integrating Salesforce & Jira.
If you would like to know more, feel free to visit our listing page above, or reach out to us via our Support Portal or Drift chat.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Danny

To synchronize data between Jira and Salesforce CRM, there are numerous tools and middleware available that facilitate seamless integration between these two platforms.
However, Sinergify is one of the robust solution that ensures a seamless integration and synchronization between these two platforms.
This connector is a superior alternative to custom development and other middleware available in the market as it emphasizes the time-saving capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility, enabling organizations to streamline their processes and drive productivity.
Whereas custom development and middleware's often requires hiring skilled developers and investing in their continuous training and support.
I hope it helps!

@Sonal Nagpal hello. You can check the Atlassian marketplace if you're open to using a 3rd party solution. ZigiOps is one of the tools listed there. It connects Jira&Salesforce bi-directionally,making the data transfer easy and automatic; plus, it syncs their data instantly and keeps it updated in real-time. No need for writing code. It's safe and happens in minutes. Feel free to look at it and even try ZigiOps free trial version.
Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)
