I would recommend you to try out Exalate in this case.

There are abundance of third party applications available on the Atlassian Marketplace, where you may search and review the applications based on your preference and use-cases. Most of these focuses on synchronizing data either single or bi-directionally allowing collaboration, transparency and visibility.
