Salesforce to Jira task mapping

I'm trying to map fields from Salesforce ISRs to Jira and I'm not seeing all the options in the list.  For instance, I want to map the Requester, so when an ISR is pushed to Jira, it will automatically show who requested the ISR in the Jira ticket.  

I have it working on another project, but for some reason, it's not an option for the current project I am working on.  Any ideas?

You'll need  to explain "ISR", what "integration" you are using to push them to Jira, how it is configured and so-on.
