Samll question

Hello all

On a Jira Board, I added a new Column called "In Review" as a mandatory step of workflow before moving a ticket from "In Progress" to "Done". Unfortunately I am now able to move tickets (drag and drop) but not subtasks from "In Progress" to "Done" in Kanban board. Do you know what I should do to be able to move also subtasks?

It sounds like your sub-tasks are using a different workflow, one that either doesn't have a transition from in-progress to done, or if it does, one with a condition that is blocking you from it.

You are right. that was the issue. Our Jira Admin just made the change and now everything is OK.
