If we start the Schedule Issue Wizard in an incident or request via actions and then want to save it, we receive an error message:

The Scheduler is a third-party app so I would suggest you check out their product documentation here - https://psc-software.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCHED/overview
If that doesn't help, you can also open a ticket to the vendor, who should be able to help - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/37456/the-scheduler?hosting=cloud&tab=support
