Schedule bar not shown for all tasks on Roadmap

Hi,

I am using a Kanban board for Jira. On the roadmap, schedule bar isn't shown for all tasks. Child level scheduling is enabled and all the tasks are set up in the same way and they are given start and due dates. I am not able to figure out why it works for some tasks and not for others on the same roadmap. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I figured out the issue. For some of the tasks, start date and due date added, were from user -defined fields and not Jira default fields. 

I updated all the tasks to use Jira default fields and its working now.

Are you using a Software Project? Did you initialized a Sprint in said project?. Let us know.
