Scheduled job to notify the user license count

Hi,

I was looking for any possibilities to create a scheduled job in Jira cloud using scriptrunner, which send the notification (email) to specific user with total user license consumption in Jira product.

Actually, i was looking to build a Scriptrunner scheduled job which periodically checks the active user count numbers on all our Atlassian products and sends notifications through email when it reached a threshold.

Please share if any scripts already exists
