Scheduling of task assignment

Presently, when I assign a task, the assignee will get notification quickly. I wish that the notification of assignment of task must go only a particular time which I can schedule. Is it possible in Jira.

Hi @Neelesh PB welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can create an automation rule when the Due date (or another Date Picker custom field) is reached.

  • When: Scheduled (JQL)
  • Action: Send email
