Scoping permissions to view specific issues on a board

I would like to make only certain issues on a board visible/read-only to a group of people. The group has the Browse Project permission, and can currently view the entire board with all the issues.

Is there a way to scope permissions so that the members only see a few specific issues or the the issues resulting from a specific filter? I'm not sure what the "customer visible" checkbox when adding an issue to the board (or where to define who is a "customer"), but maybe that can be leveraged?

You can use issue security schemes.
