Screen Freeze when I am clicking Add Deployment in Releases

Hi Atlassian Community, 

I'm currently experiencing an issue, and I could use your insights. Whenever I attempt to click "Add Deployment" in Releases, my screen freezes. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

Could someone please shed some light on the functionality of "Releases"? I'd greatly appreciate it!
