Screen is retaining old text automatically

We have created new post function from JMWE plugin that when ever we click on Fail transition it should create a bug automatically.

before its creating a bug it should display a screen where we need to enter the Description and summary for newly creating bug.

everything is working perfect at the moment but the thing is we need to enter new description and summary every time when we are creating a bug but the screen is retaining the old description and summary automatically

The solution is to add a Clear Fields post function after the Create Issues post function to clear the two fields.
