I had a functioning workflow where in the status changed from "in dev" to "in QA" and the developer will get a screen where he updates "resolution type" "Assignee" and the status would change.
It doesn't work now.
Note: I tried to add a new resolution from the admin panel. Would that have impacted it?

Have you added those (Resolution Type and Assignee ) fields in Issue View screen?
If yes, as you said it doesn't work now, What exactly error you are getting.
The issue screen has those values. I have added this screen in the work flow transition to make sure that these fields are updated while the status changes to "In QA".
It used to work till a day ago, But today I tried to add a new resolution from the Admin -> Issues -> Resolution and it got messed up.
Now I get the workflow screen and it takes values when I try fill in the needed details and try to update the ticket it wont accept.
