Is there a tool/attachment within Jira that will automatically screenshots of a user's screen? For example, when a user opens a specific link, the automation tool will take a screenshot of the user's screen.

While I don't think there is an automation for your scenario, Loom is now also capable of doing screenshots and is very nicely integrated in Jira and Confluence: https://www.loom.com/screenshot
