Script Runner - Custom Select List?

Good Day All,

I am attempting to create a Select List using Script Runner to display options from a file.

When trying to select a template for this custom field i don't see any options for "Select List". Is there another way to create a custom select list?

Not sure if you're wishing to perform a one-time population of the select list, or if you're wanting to continually consult the file.
