Script Runner field on Dashboard

We have defined a Script Runner script field. We want to incorporate this field onto a Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget on our dashboard. However, the script field does not appear in either the XAxis or YAxis pick lists. Is there any plugin that will allow us to have this dashboard configuration?

Thanks Jamie, your anwer solved my problem. Had to set the field searcher to number field to use the scripted field on sumup gadget in the dasboard.
