Script Runner if/else validator when creating a ticket

Hi, folks!

I'm trying to create a validator using Script Runner for when a ticket is raised, the scenario is this:

If a ticket is raised with the request type being "Monitoring" then the field Organizations is not required. But if the ticket is raised with the request type being "Incident" then the field Organizations must be required.
