ScriptRunner Filter to JIRA Board

So I've install the ScriptRunner Plugin, wrote a filter query exactly for what I need, however I am now trying to link that filter to a board and can't seem to figure out where I can select the ScriptRunner filter I created in the board settings.

Question: How can I link a ScriptRunner filter to a JIRA board?

The filters are a standard feature. I don’t think the are part of scriptrunner other than the availability of extra JQL functions.

To change your boards filter there is a board button to the top right. Select the configure option, general settings. There you will see an option to change the filter used.
