I have installed IntelliJ IDEA and scriptrunner plugin as the following url.

But when I click the IntelliJ icon the web alert error below
And the log of InteliiJ says
ERROR - org.jetbrains.io.BuiltInServer - avax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: certificate_unknown
does any one know how to use InreliiJ for delveloping scriptrunner script
or any other IDE recommend?
Scriptrunner version: 5.6.8.1-jira8
IntelliJ version: 2019.3.3
Adaptavist ScriptRunner Power Editor version: 0.7.20

I believe you are facing the issue reported in below bug that has been fixed in version 5.6.13:
Please update to version 5.6.13 and confirm this solves the issue. Also, notice that the IntelliJ plugin is now officially deprecated:

Thanks for response! After I update scriptrunner to version 5.6.15, the problem solved.
But I meet new problem.
After click the IntelliJ icon, the code can import to IntelliJ succees, but I get new error as below.

As written on the top of the error message you are getting, please report the problem to the vendor by using the link you can find in the support tab of the marketplace page for the add-on:
However, please keep in mind that they might not fix this since, as already mentioned, the IntelliJ plugin is now officially deprecated:
