Scriptrunner does not run

Does anyone in the channel know about the jira scriptrunner?
wants to run this scriptrunner with the intelliJ community edition, but gets the following error according to printscreen.
must have something to do with the maven -> pom.xml
nable to get the POM for the artifact 'com.atlassian.jira:atlassian-jira-webapp:8.0.0'. Verify the artifact parameter.
I have tried to setup with this documentation https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/5.5.8/confluence/DevEnvironment.html and have installed jdk-8u271-macosx-x64 jdk on macOSx Mojave.
