For a particular engineer, to see a list of tasks he or she can do in a day. Scrum master or PM should not be able to assign task to the candidate for that day if engineer is already occupied.

Suppose admin need to allocate work to person however they are fully occupied the other task. So in this case admin not suppose to allocate the task to particular person.
