Scrum template for team and company

I used scrum template (software management) both company-managed and team-manages. There are many difference things. I just want to know 

In company-managed, there is no story and story point like in team which I really want to use. how can i set it ?  bc in team they started with Task. So I am a bit confused about hierarchy of scrum in Jira .

Where can i have manual or instruction in really short text and I can quickly catch  up??

What template did you use for the company managed, the scrum project template?

I looks like you did not, as you mention the is no Story issue type?
