Search: All issues since 10am yesterday morning

How can I search for everything closed after 10am yesterday morning?

Now I'm using startOfDay("-1d"), but I need to exclude the first 2 hours of the day. I need something like:

startOfDay("-1d") + "2h"

How do I handle date addition/subtraction like this?

you can use startOfDay("-22h") to exclude the first 2 hours of the day .
