Search+ JIRA Cloud plugin - Export not working

We have the free app - Search+ JIRA Cloud plugin - it has been great to search and export large amounts of data. Has anyone who uses this encountered an issue in the last day or so where you cant export to CSV or Excel anymore? A have had reports from my group that it just sits cycling with no file ever presented.

Hello @Peter Kilmartin ,

Not sure to which plugin are you referring to, since there are a lot of apps for this search result. Also, if something is looping and not working, try to clear the cache and run it from the incognito mode.

If it still doesn't work, I'd suggest to contact the support of that app and explain the issue that you are having, since this is not tied to Atlassian.
