Search for issues without issuelink "is delivered with"

I try to write a query that should return all storys that doesn't have a link with "is delivered with". I've tried many combinations but I couldn't get it to work. 

Examples:

hasLinks != "is delivered with" (we have ScriptRunner Cloud version)

issueLinkType != "is delivered with" (this one returns only issues that are not part of my Jira project, I can't see what is different between my issues and those that are returned from other projects)

Hi Poonam,

Can I please ask you to follow the instructions in the Knowledge Base article here ensuring you click the blue Sync All Issues button until all issues are synchronized as if not all of the issues have been synchronized then it can cause the JQL keyword to not return the correct results.
