Search for issuse, detail view wont load

When a user tries to search for issues, the page shows the issues on left, but the selected issue doesnt show up on the detail side

Thanks all, but it was due to someone on the team using a something within jira that was a trial period that had expired.

How is the selected issue shown? And can you activate the detail view on the right?

Do you see anything in your logs? Have you tried a re-index?
