Searching for PI Planning educational resources for non-technical team members

My organization is beginning to implement SAFe as our Agile framework, and has introduced PI planning. The goal is to include operational team members and process SME's alongside the Product and Development teams that are managing the product build and release cycles. This will give us the opportunity to ensure that the end-user is kept in mind when the teams scope and build.

I am looking for resources to share with the operational team members about how their role and participation in PI Planning will assist in the outcome. I don't need an entire brief on SAFe, nor should it be too technical. 

I am trying to avoid the uninitiated being distracted by the theatricality and deception of an unknown process.

Any leads on videos, posts on the community or external websites that you would suggest are appreciated!

Who are they? What is the role they play today? How do they plan to adapt their current practices to incorporate dependency mapping and incremental planning?
