When I'm trying to create Bug(issue type) and in the parent field I was search the epic with the key from another project the epic was not found in the parent field and the epic is in done status.
could please help me to resolve this.

You may have answered your own question. When I simulate this, I see the option to display closed issues as well:
After selecting the show done issues checkbox, the epic I'm looking for appears in the list.

On a side note. If the epic you're looking for is in a (different) team managed project, this won't work. In team managed projects, you can only link issues to epics from the same project.

To clarify, that 'Show done issues' triggers off of the 'Epic Status' field, not the Status field, so it may not behave exactly as you'd expect.
