Secuirty Levels Are Not Populating in Field

When creating a new issue, I am able to view the Security Level field. However, the only option in the drop down list is "None".

I do have security levels defined in my Security Scheme

I do have the Security Scheme associated with my Project

I do have permission to set the Security Level for issues

Please let me know what I'm missing. I should be able to see all of my security levels in the drop down but none of them are showing up!

you our can only see security levels if you are actually assigned that security level.

That did it! I added the Project Role Administrators to all of my security levels and now I can see all of them in the drop down list. Thank you!
