Security Updates & info

how can I get easily updates about new Jira releases, especially security related?

Currently I am scanning the website manually.

But is there a more comfortable way to get an info about it (mail, rss-feed, specific website)?

I don´t care how Atlassian is working with security issues.

It should just inform me when there is an updated needed.
