I'm an admin. One of my users can't access Jira (Cloud) correctly today through our single-sign-on all of a sudden. It works fine for everyone else. He clicks on our SSO tile in Okta, and it does bring up the Jira dashboard page, but it is unexpectedly blank.
His account appears to be active and has the same permissions it's always had. However, I noticed that when I go to the Users admin page, and use 'Show product access' from the menu on the right side of his entry in the users list, I get this error message: Product access failed to load. Please try again later. This works fine for every other user.
He says the only thing he's done differently today is clearing his browser cache in Chrome.
Any tips?
In the end, this was probably related to a single sign-on setup that wasn't set up correctly.
