Hello!

We use Jira Software Server. Is it possible select in field "assignee" user group or user group role (not 1 user)? Maybe you know another way for choose user group?

This is not possible, the assignee must be a single user (this is a good thing - having multiple assignees simply does not work in real life - your humans will miss things because they think someone else is responsible for it)

I agree with Nic. You can however create a 'team' field (or whatever you call it) and make sure you use that field in your board filters. When setting the team field on an issue you can make sure that it end up on the right board. (note: you need to make sure the board filters are exclusive, meaning that an issue should not end up on two boards at the same time.)

Select User group field: Issue administration => Custom fields => Assignment Group

Why do you want to assign issues to groups instead of individuals? If you explain your use case we may be able to offer more relevant suggestions.
