Select next 1000 issues in bulk

I am using Jira Software 8.7.1 and Jira Service Desk 4.7.1 for my Issues management. I want to apply a bulk change to them. I know there is a limit of 1000 Issues at a time, and I don't want to increase that limit, but how do I select the next 1000 Issues?

For example, I apply the change for the first 1000 Issues, but then I want to apply it to Issues 1001-2000. In the bulk change wizard the same first 1000 appear, and I don't quite understand how should I select the next ones.
