I need Jira to send an email to a user if a ticket hasn't been closed for 2 days. Is it possible? If yeas what do I need for that?

We make Notification Assistant for Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211069/notification-assistant-for-jira-email?hosting=server&tab=overview) which can easily be configured to do exactly this.

Hello @Michael Smith that can be done with SLAs and the module Automation if you have service desk. If you don't it would imply automation for Jira app and some queries.
