Hi, I need send email when an issue was created in Portal Jira, this email will be sent to a group is not in Jira.
I tried to use Automation in respective Project, but it send email only Reporter and Customers involved.
So I tried to use script post function in workflow, but I don't know a manner the get information in field "Channel" of form "Service Desk request" and to use in Condition to send email.
Can you help me how to get information in this field?
