Hello, guys!
Is it okay that if I write Username "test@abc.com" at section "SMTP Host", then all users receive letters from "test@abc.com"?
However, if I do not write any login into Username, then all users receive letters from real
email addresses who created an event(write comment in Jira, create issue in Jira) , for example, "Jon@abc.com" or "Adam@abc.com"?
It depends on your SMTP mail server here. Some SMTP servers require you to login to them before they will send you messages. In cases like those, you will need to provide a username and a password so that Jira can send mail at all.
However it is possible that your SMTP mail server does not require a login. It sounds like that is the case here in your situation. In which case, leaving the username field blank is fine since Jira does not need to login in order to send messages.
I'm not sure if this is a problem for you here or not to use a test address. It is possible that using a fake address that is not is use could still result in a login failure, since Jira can't actually authenticate itself with that account name to the mail server. You could create a service account and use that address instead.
Thank you for your reply, Andrew!
All users receive letters from "test@abc.com", if I write this address "test@abc.com".
However, I would like send real email addresses who created an event(write comment in Jira, create issue in Jira) , for example, "Jon@abc.com" or "Adam@abc.com" with filled Username as test@abc.com.
How can I do it?

To the best of my knowledge it is not possible to do this with Jira today. There is an existing feature request for this in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-7108 that has been open for a long time.
However from reading through the other customer comments on this issue, it appears that other vendors have created plugins for Jira that might actually be able to do this. For example, Tibor commented that the Email this Issue plugin can do this. It is possible that there are other plugins to Jira as well that can do this too.
I hope this helps.
Andy
