Hello,
We have a team-managed project where we need to assign every issue to two people so we use assignee and I have created a "Custom assigned field" called "pair".
However, when someone changes the status or add a comment in the issue, only the assignee is notified, so I have created an automation in order to send a email to the pair as well but I didn't find the way to include the same information the assignee recieves when a change happens.
Any suggestions?
Any help with the content of the automation emails or any other way of sending these emails would be appreciated
Update your notification scheme to send on the same events as assignee for that User custom field

Hi Icalvelo,
You can use smart values to include pretty much any combination of static text and values from issues in your email.
Give it a try and then we can help you fill in the gaps for information you are missing.

I have already tried it. I used the variables in https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/managing-service-project-notifications-939926348.html
The problem I found it was that some of them don't work (for instance, {{request.status}}). Now we are working with: {{comment}} and {{issue.toUrl}} but we would like to send the status of the issues when it changes. If you know how to show it in the content of the email, I would really appreaciate it.
Thanks!

Sure - can you share the rule that you have so far, with the details showing for the email?
But basically try using {{issue.status.name}}.
Is that the only field you are missing now?
