Send mail to group failed

Hi all,

I have proplem, when i send mail to group on jira, it can't send and error as image.

I have found error in the internet, they talk: I  allow unathorized sender but i can't config it beacause it is dangerous. 
So, Is there any other way to fix this?

Hi @Ko Xa Ki 

I would request to contact your IT Team and tell them to allow the senders to send emails from outside of the organization.

I am not sure but hope this may be the solution.

@Mayur Jadhav Thanks your comment. But i can't config it. because I use jira in local.
