Hello !
I need to send new comments from a ticket, to the cloned one

For example: I have ticket A, and I make a clone of that ticket, now I have ticket B

Right now if I comment the ticket A, that comment is not going to show in ticket B

I want to know if there is a way to send that new comment from the ticket A to the cloned ticket B WHITOUT using exalate, right now im using a script runner post function to clone the tickets.

@Daniel Bermudez

You could use Automation for Jira.

Hello! I tried exactly this automation but idk why it didnt worked...

In the audit log it says that the automation was succesful but in the cloned ticket the comment does not appear.

@Daniel Bermudez

Are these located within the same project?

@Daniel Bermudez

You would need to make sure your rule is configured to run in both projects then.

@Daniel Bermudez hi. As @Kian Stack Mumo Systems mentioned, you should check the configuration. In case you decide to go back to 3rd party solutions, feel free to check out ZigiOps. It's 100% no-code and integrates and syncs data in seconds.
