I would require help in creating an automation where I can remind users to add the Due date and Original estimate for their existing tickets.
Remind them through email.

When setting up an automation rule, you need to define what triggers the automation (in this case, an email) to take place. When would you want the users to receive the email? E.g would this be as soon as the issue is created, after 24 hours, after a week, every day that the fields are left empty etc?

Thanks for responding. I want to send an email reminder after 48 hours from the time when a ticket is assigned to a user. Also, remind them every week until the fields are filled by the user.
