Sending a slack custom slack meesage using automation for jira unable to find the webhook URL

Satchidanand Challapalli [C] September 17, 2024

I created a webhook url from Slack and configured in my Jira instance then i tried to create an automation where if the issue is transitioning from IN Review state to Approved for review we need to send a slack message with custom data and when i want to select the URL it is not showing up there i am not sure what i am missing here. I have tried adding it is allow list and also tried unticking the allowlist option in global automation configuration but still not able to find the drop down of that particular webhook URL. can i get a solution please.Screenshot 2024-09-18 at 3.53.39 AM.png

Hello, Good day. Could you try double click inside the URL field. By default it will be empty field.

I have added the webhook URl generally it was empty and it should be showing the webhook URL there which is configured from slack. I am not sure why it is not showing up there.
