Sent notification to users of a role in group

I want to send notification with a message for a Filter where only the users in the project role Administrator and is part of the group.

For Example,

Group Name:- jira-developers

Project role:- Administrators

Filter:- status = "In progress" and updated <= -2d 

The user should only get the mail if he is the admin of the project.
