Separate the display of US (from cluster) in Control Chart

In control chart, sometimes US are clustered (group together). Is there a way to separate the display so I can see the breakdown of the cycle time for each US?

Hi @Arleen Grace Magday  -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As you note, those large dots are the clusters of multiple issues with close-enough values to plot together.  There is no built-in way to see the details when they are shown clustered, however...

If you change your filters/settings, this could reduce the number of issues shown, alter the y-axis, and thus you may be able to see the separation in the values.

Two ways to do that would be to alter the time frame (select-drag over the issues) or to identify and remove any outliers with a filter.  Please look here for more information on how to use those techniques:
