Seperate create releases access

Dear All,

As i know, the access to create releases in a project is inside the administer project permission, so, is it possible to seperate the create releases access from the administer project, because i just want to grant the access to create releases without being the project admin?

Hello @Nicolas Andika 

No, it is not possible to make that function directly available to non-project admins.

You could consider a work around 

Create a manually triggered rule that accepts input from the user and uses that input in a Create Version action.

Set the rule Actor to Automation for Jira because that actor will have enough permission to actually create the Version.
