Server Jira - Slack integration - notify when person is tagged in a task in personal chat of tagged

I am looking for a 3D party option to make slack integration witch will send notifications to slack channel of a person who is tagged in the comment in Jira task. 

I know there is such function on Cloud, but we are Server Jira
