Hi Laura, thank you for taking an interest in solving my question.
One of the services we have here is website hosting. We have an infrastructure team that does various daily activities such as backup, installation of a new hosting, updates, client checks, installation of dev, stg and prod environments. among others.
I know we can customize any template to make it more suited to our reality, but we wanted to start with a model closer to this utility and that's why I'm counting on your experience.

What do you mean by "Template"? There's no one-size-fits-all way of configuring a server for running Jira, it's going to be more about what your organisation wants from it and how it fits with your security and user handling standards and rules.
(By the way, you chose "Cloud" when you asked this question. In case you do mean Cloud, the answer for that is very simple - you don't care because the infrastructure is done for you as part of the service)
