Server to Cloud migrattion do not ends

We are working on migration  of a Server  Instance to Cloud. We have issue with endless migration started from the Migration assistant.

Migration was started on 19-07-2022  and it still "running".

Looks like the problem comes from the migration of X-Ray data as the details show that this is that step that is still in progress. On the other side The X-Ray report on the cloud show that the migration has failed.

How we can stop this running migration so we can start look for the problem preventing the migration and  execute another migration latter.

Is it save if we just  restart the Jira?
