Service Desk Project Error. This page does not work.

Hello all,

when we want to open our Service Desk Project we get the error:

This page does not work.

jira has forwarded you too many times.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

This only happens with this one project. Unfortunately, deleting the cookies and clearing the chache also brings no success.
