I'm currently exploring Service Desk Reports and is wondering if columns can be added to the details or Export CSV?

Possible some advance custom fields.

Hi @Marc Jason Mutuc - In addition to the built-in JSD Reports, custom reports are certainly a possibility. Have you had a chance to review this article ? There is a section that refers to Reporting using JQL that might be what you are looking for.
