When I create a service desk issue I'm able to pick the request type from a list of 6 of them. However, when I try to change an existing issue to a different request type, not all request types are listed. Is there a way to display all request types in the view/edit screen?
Hi David, you should be presented with all request types associated with the Issuetype currently set. If you have different request types based upon the various issue types you would need to change the Issuetype first.
